The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

On November 14, 2012, the Defendant appealed against the lower judgment and filed an appeal. On November 28, 2012, the fact that the Defendant did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the receipt of the notification of receipt of trial records and the written notice of appointment of a state appointed defense counsel on November 28, 2012 is apparent in the record, and the petition of appeal does not contain any grounds for appeal, and it is impossible to find any grounds for ex officio investigation on the record. Thus, the Defendant’s appeal is dismissed pursuant to Articles 361-4(1) and 361-3(1)
