The judgment without pleading (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) is based on the plaintiff's assertion itself, the defendant's lawful representative bears the burden of delay liability after the lapse of 30 days from May 20, 2020 when the defendant was served with the complaint of this case. Thus, the part demanding the payment of delay damages for the period from May 21, 2020 to June 19, 2020 is dismissed.
