A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
No one shall distribute or openly exhibit obscene images or videos through an information and communications network.
On February 27, 2013, at the Defendant’s residence located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Defendant, using a computer installed therein, connected to the upper disc (www.wwwedisk.com) under the Defendant’s name to “Adico in the name of the Defendant,” and posted and distributed obscene images of the Defendant’s sexual character exposed to the Defendant’s sexual character and sexual behavior under the title of “C” and distributed them.
