A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for ten months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

All the Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. On January 31, 2017, Defendant A and Defendant B knew of their trade mediation of penphones.

F Upon F’s request, G attempt to assist H in selling Metecopa (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a primary mental medicine; H 1 million won at the J’s front side located in 01:00 Bucheon-si, Incheon; on January 31, 2017, H 1,000 won at the J’s front side, H 1,000,000 won at the same day; around 02:30 of the same day, G moved the above KRW 1,00,000 to F 1,000 won at the front parking lot located in Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City; after 1,000,000 won from G 1,000 won, 1,000 won at the same time, 2,000 won at the same time, and 30:36,06,000 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to arrange the trade of philophones.

2. On January 31, 2017, Defendant B, like in the preceding paragraph, received approximately KRW 2.8 gramopon, which was contained in F, by dividing it into four parts of a single-use injection machine in which F, as seen in the preceding paragraph, was 1 million won from G, and delivered and received approximately KRW 0.14 gramopon from F, in the said place, to F without compensation, containing approximately KRW 0.14 gram of the said gramopon in a vinyl.

3. On May 25, 2017, Defendant B, using a mobile phone around 18:00 on May 25, 2017, approaching that the Defendant purchased crophones to M residing in China by using a SNS Frop (L), and then transferred KRW 3.50,00 won to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (N) used by M using the ATM machinery of agricultural branch ATM located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, and purchased approximately 0.1g of the crophones contained in the crophones located in the lower advertisement board located in the Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO in the lower part of the P elementary school located in 23:00 on the same day at around 23:0.
