Defendant

A is a food entertainment service provider who operates a "D's singing shop", and Defendant B is a person in the absence of a special occupation, who operates a "D's singing shop", which is an entertainment shop located under the 102 underground of Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si.

The Defendants agreed to have approximately 50% of the liquor price sold as the price to the said establishments in consideration of the following: (a) the Defendants engaged in the said establishments by soliciting the customers accompanying the paths; and (b) the Defendants agreed to have the said establishments.

Accordingly, on June 28, 2017, Defendant B approaching E, a police officer, etc. who is in the process of regulating the act of invitation on the roads of Seongdong-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and read “Esing fine”.
