The lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant charges on the grounds indicated in its reasoning.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the intent of concealment and concealment stipulated in Article 366 of the Criminal Act.

The defendants' assertion that the defendants' act constitutes a legitimate act is not a legitimate ground for appeal since they asserted that the defendants' act did not constitute grounds for appeal or that the court below did not consider it as a subject of judgment ex officio.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
