[criminal history] On March 14, 2016, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 2.5 million at the Changwon District Court for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) and three times of the same kind.

[2] On December 7, 2016, around 10:10, the Defendant driven a e-mail vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from the section of about 40km from around 40km to the point where the e-mail e-mail is located in the north-west in Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si.
