1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff USD 151,366.69 and 20% per annum from December 19, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Although the Defendant, who indicated the claim, prepared a letter of performance stating that USD 151,366.69 will be paid to the Plaintiff by February 30, 2015, and did not implement it yet, the Defendant is entitled to pay the agreed amount and the damages for delay. As such, the Defendant is entitled to claim payment of the agreed amount and the damages for delay.
