1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of two years and six months;
2. Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the marijuana as follows:
1. Around April 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s residence in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu C and B-105 to “D” the Internet illegal narcotics transaction site; (b) promised to pay 0.12 bitC, the Korean won value of which is equivalent to KRW 60,000,00 to E, and receive approximately 3.3 g of marijuana from E, using international mail.
E around April 25, 2014, after inserting approximately 3.25 g of marijuana into a vinyl, sealed it into a vinyl, concealed it between paper and disguisedly, followed by stating the addressee’s “F”, “F”, “C Madam-105, Seoll-gu, and SOOREA”, and sent it in a disguised manner by international trade mail, and let the addressee arrive at the Incheon State’s port of delivery around April 26, 2014. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 25278, Apr. 26, 2014>

5. 12.21:00, by receiving the above items within the above several purposes, smuggling imported 3.25g.
2. Purchasing or smoking marijuana;
A. On November 201, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 27,00,000 from “I” clubs located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, for about 300,00,000, for a 300,000,000.

On the day following the date stated in paragraph (1), around 04:00, approximately 0.08g of marijuana was smoked in a way that they are cut off by attaching it to a dog at the Defendant’s residence described in paragraph (1).

From 11:00 to 11:00 after the date stated in paragraph (1), she smoked by inserting approximately 0.08g of marijuana in the Defendant’s residence as a racker in a way that they interfere with the postponement.
At around 23:00 on January 201, the Defendant purchased approximately 2.5g of marijuana from a male who is a black male in his name in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, about 400,000, the Defendant purchased approximately 2.5g of marijuana.
