A. On April 6, 2016, C, the owner of each building listed in the separate sheet, entered into a lease agreement with Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”), setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 25,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 2500,000 (Additional Tax), and the lease agreement of KRW 25,50,000 (hereinafter “the first lease agreement”) for the lease term of two years (hereinafter “the first lease agreement”) as to each building listed in the separate sheet with Defendant B and the separate sheet. On the same day, C concluded a lease agreement for the lease deposit of KRW 25,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,50,000 (Additional Tax), and the lease period of KRW 2,50,00 (hereinafter “the second lease agreement”).

(b) Under a lease agreement, Defendant A occupies, in order of 10, 11, 15, 8, 9, and 10 of the attached Table 1 among the 1st floor of the building listed in the attached Table 1 list, each point of which is 230m2, 12, 3, 4, 5, 6, 13, 14, and 12 of the aforesaid drawings, 1602, 8, 15, 14, 14, and 400, 160, 14, 160, 14, 16, 14, 16, 14, 16, 14, 200, 16, 13, 14, 16, 14, and 13 of the annexed Table 2, 14, 200, 15, 16m of the connected part of the building, 14, 14, and 13.
