1. Around 17:00 on June 21, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the hospital by force for about one hour and 40 minutes, including: (a) the C hospital located in Changwon-si B, Changwon-si; (b) having been hospitalized with other hospitalized patients due to alcohol survival; and (c) having been forced to leave the hospital staff; and (d) having been forced to leave the hospital; (b) the Defendant refused the request at the above hospital; (c) the Defendant refused the request; (d) the patient waiting at the hospital located there from that time; (d) the patient waiting at the hospital was walking back to the hospital; (e) the patient was tightly pushed back; and (e) the patient was frighted with the bath, and (e) the patient was frighted to run away from the hospital; and (e) the patient was unable to perform the D administrative work, which is the chief of the said hospital’s office.

2. On June 21, 2012, at around 18:50, the Defendant destroyed and damaged property by putting one tamper at a parking lot of the above C Hospital and one tamper at the back glass window of the FF car string car car owned by the victim E, which was parked in the parking lot, in his/her hand, and continuously removing one tamper equivalent to KRW 20,000 at the market price installed on the back glass window of the FF car string car owned by the victim G.
