1. At night, around 21:00 on December 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim’s O located in N in Naju-si, beyond the house 70,000 won in cash owned by the victim; and (b) was 2,000 won in cash owned by the victim’s owner; and (c) was 1,000 won in the market price of 4,00 won in a canned ham, and 1,000 won in a market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. The Defendant, as described in the above paragraph 1, entered the victim’sO house, and during the period of the victim’s house having a house for the protection of her husband’s disease, she was divingd at the same place, was identified on the new wall and the day following the day, and without any day, she was living in the victim’s house again and divingd by entering the victim’s house;

A. On December 14, 2014, at around 09:00, the victim’s house intrudes into the victim’s house and intrudes upon the victim’s residence through the gate opened at the time of the intrusion as prescribed in the foregoing paragraph 1;

B. On December 15, 2014, around 09:00 on December 15, 2014, the victim’s house came into the house and intrudes on the victim’s house;

C. On December 16, 2014, around 09:00, the victim’s house came into the house and intrudes on the victim’s house.

3. The Defendant of theft: (a) around 09:00 on December 16, 201, the said Article 2-C.

At around 11:30 on December 16, 2014, the victim himself/herself, who was living in the victim's house, escaped from the victim's house. At around 1:30 on December 16, 2014, two cosmetics, the market price of which is equivalent to 80,000 won of the victim's own, seven Myeong-gu, the market price of which is equivalent to 20,000 won, and one Dog-gu, the market price of which is equivalent to 10,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.
