Defendant

A is the kind of victim D(12 years of age), victim E(n, 11 years of age) and Defendant B is the relationship with Defendant A.

1. Defendant A

A. On July 2012, the Defendant committed physical abuse against the victim’s body or undermining physical health and development of the body by making the victim take the victim’s head knife with the victim’s head knife at the victim’s house located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, 114 Dong 1202, on the ground that the victim D had a lot of learning problems at the defendant’s house located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, 2012.
