1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) in collusion with D, from April 8, 2013 to September 10, 2013 (D works from September 9, 2013 to September 10, 2013) in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu “F” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, that employs the Defendant by leasing her place, employs the female sex traffickings, including G and H, receive 70,000 won per day from the Defendant A to receive guidance of male purchase and preparation of books, etc. The Defendant and D received 120,000 won from the male purchase in return for the similar act once, and had the said employed female sex traffickings acquire profits equivalent to 34,00,000 won in return for such act.
