Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On May 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of bodily injury resulting from special obstruction of performance of official duties by the Daegu High Court, and on March 12, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim’s base and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and suffered from the victim E (the 49 years of age) who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle a blue blue of arms in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and, at the same time, did not take necessary measures, such as destroying the above blue Ⅱ loaded blue of cargo owned by the victim to cause damage to KRW 1,398,602 of the repair cost and stopping the blue so as to rescue the victim.
