A singing practice room business operator shall not sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, on May 21, 2018, the Defendant sold and provided 4 male customers who are unable to know their names in the above singing practice place at around 23:40 on May 21, 2018 with alcoholic beverages of an amount equivalent to KRW 40,000 at the market price, such as 1 illness and 40,000,000.
