손해배상(기)
The defendant shall pay 285,845,035 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 25, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The defendant shall seek damages for delay from February 20, 2020, in part 3. The defendant shall claim damages for delay from February 20, 2020.
However, the monetary payment obligation due to the exercise of the subject claim shall be liable for delay from the date following the date on which the obligor receives the claim for performance, and the plaintiff shall be liable for delay from September 25, 2020, after the copy of the complaint of this case for which the plaintiff seeks the payment of the subject claim of this case was delivered to the defendant.
The plaintiff's claim for damages for delay exceeding the above scope of recognition shall not be accepted.
