The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below’s finding the Defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its holding is just, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to duties in the crime of abandonment of duties without any necessary deliberation or misunderstanding of facts beyond the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
