On December 22, 2018, the defendant driving the above car at around 23:10 on December 22, 2018, and driving the three-lane road in front of Gwangju Mine District, along two-lanes.

In such a case, the driver had a duty of care to safely operate the brakes by properly manipulating the front door and the left door and the right and the right of the driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was negligent in not operating the brakes properly, and was negligent in driving the victim E (the 58-year-old taxi) driving on the two-lanes on the Defendant’s front line of the Defendant’s car.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as salt pans, tensions, etc., in which it is necessary to treat the victim E for about two weeks, injury to the victim G (the 36-year-old passenger) who is the passenger of the cab driving the cab for about two weeks, and injury to the victim H (the 38-year-old passenger) in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim I (the 37-year-old passenger) such as dump, tension, etc.
