1. On November 14:20, 2017, the Defendant driving a B-low XG car volume without a vehicle driver’s license from the high-party 14:20 to the center of loan 97-4 Dong community service center at the center of the same Gu loan from the high-party 97-4 Dong community service center at the center of the same Gu loan in the south-dong, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Incheon Cheongjin-gun, with approximately 4 km to the 154 knife Park Jong-gun, Seoul Cheongjin-gun, Seoul.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance of motor vehicles;
Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said vehicle without purchasing mandatory insurance at the same time and place as the foregoing paragraph (1).
3. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall drive a vehicle in receipt of an order to suspend the operation of the relevant Mayor/Do Governor or the head of the relevant Si/Gun/Gu;
Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above vehicle at the same time and at the same place as the above Paragraph 1, which was ordered to stop the operation by the Gun Office in the Gun, Do, Jeonnam-do.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) the same date and time as paragraph (1) of this Article; and (b) two large spackers owned by the Defendant C, which were set up on the street in front of the Dong community service center in Ansan-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul-do, the center, 97-4, on the street; and (c) the front left-hand side

1. Criminal facts committed on February 19, 2017;
A. On February 19, 2017, the Defendant was driving a B-G car without a vehicle driver’s license from around 00:05 to around 73 meters from around 46 B-G-based store located in Silung-si, Silung-si to Silung-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to around 500 meters.
B. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of Bchil XG car.
No one shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.
Nevertheless, the defendant is at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a).
