1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from February 1, 2014 to January 19, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 257 and Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act: Provided, That the part of the plaintiff's claim that exceeds the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015); however, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant);
