1. The defendant on June 22, 1978, with respect to the plaintiff about 6,347 square meters of Gangseo-gun C Forest land in Gangseo-gu, Seocheon District Court, Seocheon District Court, Pyeongtaek Branch Office of Registration.

1. Claims for exclusion of disturbance as an act of preservation based on the degree of the duration of superficies as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article and the share of ownership of real estate;
