Defendants shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, on May 30, 2016, 2017:20 on May 30, 2016, at the long distance of the Culture and Arts Center located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and 200, Defendant A: (a) was found to have a safety cap worn out from F, a police officer belonging to the police unit in the Ulsan-do, the Ulsan-do, Police Station Ear of the Police Station, where he/she was under the duty to maintain an intersection on the rear seat, and was found to have a safety cap worn out; (b) went away from the scene while walking; (c) he/she tried to measure drinking; and (d) returned to the scene and carried out a serious bath to F, carried out a breast with both hand; and (d) he/she could have a f's chest and f's chest and f's breast after having arrived at the said earth; and (e) he/she made a serious bath after having arrived at the Eth.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on traffic and drinking control.

1. Defendant B
A. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant driven a motor device and bicycle driver’s license in the section of approximately 500 meters in front of the “influorial mackers,” which is located in the south-gu New-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, Seoul-do, the Defendant driven a 125cc occ-cin without a number plate under the influence of alcohol of about 0.11% in the blood alcohol level without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver’s license from around 500 meters in front of the “influorial mackers” located in the said section.
B. Around June 2, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Domain Prize) (hereinafter referred to as the “H”), along with two lanes, proceeded with three lanes in front of the “H” located in Ulsan-gu G in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, on the right side of the industrial tower from the right side of the direction of the industrial tower.
At all times, a person engaged in driving service, who is a road near a crosswalk where signal lights are installed, has a duty of care to observe the signal and to prevent the shock with pedestrians of the crosswalks by putting the front door.
Nevertheless, the defendant is under the influence of alcohol as above.
