A. On May 3, 2013, C drafted a notarial deed under a monetary loan agreement (No. 276, 2013, No. 2013, No. 2013, No. 276, No. 2013, No. 2013, No. 2013, No. 2013, No. 2013, No. 2013, No. 2013, No. 2013,

B. C prepared the instant notarial deed as the Plaintiff’s agent, and submitted a power of attorney in the name of the Plaintiff to prove the power of attorney (hereinafter “the power of attorney of this case”).

C. On May 14, 2014, the Plaintiff filed a complaint with an investigative agency on the charge of forging the instant power of attorney, and the summary order (Seoul Central District Court Decision 2014 High Court Decision 2014 High Court Decision 9555) was issued on the charge of forging the instant private document, and the above summary order became final and conclusive as it is, the specific criminal facts are as follows.

Defendant (C) around May 2013, when purchasing apartment units in the past local association around May 2013, it was necessary to pay the money to other persons for the purchase of apartment units, and thus, Defendant (C) borrowed money from her husband D and her husband-friendly son A (Plaintiff) to borrow money from her husband B in order to use a power of attorney necessary to prepare a notarial deed stating that the above persons are put up as joint and several sureties.

At around 15:00 on May 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) indicated “F” coffee stores located near Guro-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (b) indicated “D, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, G2, 206 H204, 1604,” and affixed a seal on the letter of delegation form concerning the act of requesting the preparation of authentic deeds on a monetary loan for consumption received in the law firm transfer from a law firm, using a verification-type pen, and affixed a seal on the letter of delegation form.

The defendant is therefore entitled to exercise.
