1. Of the respective real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 list, Defendant B, each with respect to the share of 3/80, Defendant C, D, E, and F, respectively.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendants are in possession of each of the instant real property 1) The network H and network I (hereinafter “the network”).

(2) The Defendants and the Deceased completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the inheritance on January 7, 1982, 1982, as co-inheritors, on each of the lands listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each of the instant real property”) on March 13, 1992, as co-inheritors. Defendant B and the Deceased, as to each of the 6/20 shares, and Defendant G, as to each of the 1/20 shares, respectively. The remaining Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the inheritance on January 7, 1982, respectively.

3) Meanwhile, the Deceased died on July 13, 2012. (b) On the other hand, the Defendants and the Deceased, as well as the Defendants, on October 16, 1992, on the real estate indicated in the Attachment 4, including each of the instant real estate, shall be jointly owned by the deceased H’s property successors, and shall be delegated to the Plaintiff with the power of delegation (Evidence 2, hereinafter “the instant power of delegation”).

The Plaintiff prepared and delivered the document to the Plaintiff on October 16, 1992, and the notary public drafted a notarial deed as No. 2824 on 192.C. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 5 on June 13, 1996, the Defendants and the Deceased promised to distribute to the Plaintiff the profits to be incurred in the future as well as 1/8 of the profits to the Plaintiff, respectively, 52,764 square meters (158,136 square meters) of the real estate no. 65,345.5 square meters (19,767 square meters) in the separate sheet No. 5 on 1992. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 15183, Jun. 13, 1996>

No. 1089, 1996, a notary public prepared and delivered to the plaintiff, and on June 25, 1996, a notarial deed was drawn up by the Khap Law Office No. 1089.

The defendants are the defendants.
