If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On March 5, 2016, the Defendant driven C Costex vehicles at the section of approximately KRW 1 km from the Jyang-gu 106-7 of Goyang-si to the front road, in the state of being drunk with 0.123% of alcohol content among blood transfusions on March 5, 2016.
