Seized evidence No. 27 or 28 shall be confiscated from the accused.

The defendant is a ship of the nationality of the People's Republic of China.

The Defendant: (a) was a member of the Telephone Financial Fraud Group comprised of names and needys in China (hereinafter referred to as China). The Defendant: (b) discovered the victim’s account password and security card number by falsely pretending to a large number of unspecified people at the telephone call center developed in China; (c) downloading the malicious code, which is a “wise program” on the computer used by the said people; (d) holding the victim’s account password and security card number on the victim’s website; and (e) making the victims enter the security card number into the victim’s account; and (e) making the victims transfer money from the victim’s account; and (e) conspired to divide illegal profits with one another; and (e) the Defendant collected the victim’s money from the victim’s account and sent it to the domestic withdrawal book; and (e) made the victim withdraw the money from the victim’s money deposited on the phone Financial Group by himself/herself.

On September 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered China into Korea from September 3, 2013 to September 4, 2013; (b) received a large number of passbooks, including C’s account account (D) and C’s community credit cooperative account (E) from September 3, 2013; and (c) sent them to the account holder’s name in Korea; and (d) on September 5, 2013, the Defendant infected a malicious code with the computers used by the victim F’s computers using the Internet on the same day; and (e) had the victim enter the computers of financial institutions to enter the victim’s account number, security card number, and password number, etc.; and (e) obtained the victim’s account number, security card number, and password; and (e) obtained the Internet Bank on September 5, 2013 by a person in charge of computer manipulation on his/her name.
