2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the conclusion of the contract, and its expiry shall be from the first music record first to the seventh anniversary of the first music record, in the case of a number of persons.

2. In the event that, during the term of the contract, the Plaintiffs cannot continue entertainment activities for a long period of time due to their overseas travel, military service, health care or other reasons, the contract period shall be automatically extended for that period.

Article 5 (Transfer of Rights)

5. Ownership of a video or digital image produced during a contract period shall be vested in the defendant;

9. Article 6 (Delegation of Contracts)
