A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery of public documents and the uttering of forged public documents;
A. On March 201, the Defendant forged and exercised a pharmacist’s license certificate for the above C in the name of the Minister of Health and Welfare, stating “B”, “pharmaceutical’s license”, and “C and resident registration number column” as “D” and “Article 3 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act” in the name column of the Minister of Health and Welfare at the station of the Korea Exchange Bank (Korea Exchange Bank) located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, as well as KRW 790-6, the Defendant: (a) forged one copy of the pharmacist’s license for the above C and submitted it to the said bank employees.
B. Around March 2011, the Defendant forged the business registration certificate of the director of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building 302, the location column of the location of the location of “G” in the name column, “G” in the name column of “C,” and “C,” in the opening date column, “302,” in the name of the director of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building 302, the type of the business type column by stating “the business type” as “the business registration certificate of the director of the Gangseo-gu Tax Office,” and submitted it to the employees of the above bank, which is a public document, to forge the registration certificate of the director of the Gangseo-gu Tax Office on the above C, the name of the director of the tax office in charge of the loan.
2. On March 201, the Defendant: (a) indicated the name column of the loan application form in the name column; (b) “C” in the resident registration number column; (c) “D; and (d) the current resident address column in the name column; (d) “A loan in the loan column; (c) “A loan in the loan column; (d)” in the loan column; and (d) signed by the wife C without the authorization of the wife C; and (d) submitted it to the lender of the said bank.
