Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B for a son.
The defendant, around 07:50 on 17. 07. 17. 07. 07. 17. 07:50, as the regular director of the Gwangju Mine-gu, 420-25 Gwangju Airport-distance intersections along the two-lane roads in the direction of the regular district from the 1st Pream Force of the Air Force.
Since the traffic control is carried out by signal signals, drivers have the duty of care to operate the steering wheel and brake system in accordance with the signals.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the intersections in yellow fluor, and went to the fronter of the Defendant’s driving, and was driven by the victim C (hereinafter, 36 years old) under the right-hand left-hand turn in green fluor, and was placed to the fronter of the Defendant’s driving.
Accordingly, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks due to the above occupational negligence.

The following facts or circumstances acknowledged by the aforementioned evidence duly adopted and investigated by this Court as a result of the viewing of each CD for CCTV images and black lock images, i.e., (i) a yellow light has already been placed in the signal apparatus before the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle enters the intersection; (ii) a vehicle entering the intersection after the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle entered the intersection; and (iii) according to Article 6(2) and attached Table 2 of the Enforcement Rule of the Road Traffic Act, if there is a stop line or crosswalk, the meaning of yellow light is a vehicle or horse.
