1. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered that there is a key in the e-mail box installed in the e-mail box installed in the Jinjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by opening a door to the key; and (b) discovered that there is a key in the e-mail box installed in the e-mail box 1st floor entrance of the victim D (21 tax) while examining the e-mail box installed in the e-mail box 1st floor of the above e-mail; and (c) cut off 250,000 won in cash, the market price of the victim’s possession on the e-mail, which was 450,000 won.

B. On May 12, 2015, at around 13:45, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance key on the gas measuring instrument in front of the entrance by the victim FF to open the door to the said key, and intruded into the house and stolen 5,000 won, cash owned by the victim, and two passbooks of the former North Korean bank bank (Account Number: G and H).

2. From May 12, 2015, at around 14:05, the Defendant: (a) entered the cash withdrawal period for a branch office of a child of the former North Korean bank located in 777, as set forth in paragraph (1) b of the said paragraph, the Defendant then withdrawn 530,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim prior to the deposit in the said account, after entering the password in the cash withdrawal period; and (b) entered the password entered in the back of the passbook, as set forth in paragraph (1) of the said Article.

‘2015 Highest 2014' / [criminal records] The defendant was indicted by larceny to the Jeonju District Court on June 16, 2015 and is still pending in the trial.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant’s theft and intrusion upon residence found the key located above the entrance’s door-to-door Iudio 203 in order of June 2015 to around 10:00 to around 12:00, and the key located above the entrance’s door-to-door Iudio 203 was found, and there was KRW 90,000 in cash owned by the victim who opened the entrance and intruded into the house.
