2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

A. E. The deceasedO died on September 1, 197, and the inheritors were the Defendants, and the inheritance relationship is as follows.

Meanwhile, as a grandchild of the deceased N (Death of September 1, 1977), the Plaintiff died on June 15, 1972, which was before the deceased of the deceased N.
