Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On May 17, 2019, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4,50,00,00 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) in the support for the development of a water source method in Ansan.
On October 7, 2020, the Defendant driven CM5 car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.122% from the 4km-dong, Singu, Singu, Sinsi to the 2nd floor parking lot underground of B apartment in Sinung-si, Sinung-si, Sinung-si.
Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving more than twice.
Summary of Evidence
1. Statement by the defendant in court;
1. Fact-finding reports, investigation reports, and inquiry into the results of crackdown on drinking driving;
1. Previous convictions in judgment: Application of a reply to inquiry, such as criminal history, a report on investigation (verification of the same kind of force), and a summary order;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. Consideration of the grounds of sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, driving distance, time and frequency of the same kind of crime, circumstances after the crime, etc.
