1. The Defendant’s KRW 5,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from June 15, 2013 to January 5, 2015.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff claiming the indication of the claim shall claim 5,00,000 won, excluding KRW 5,000,000,000, which was paid by the Defendant on November 7, 2014, and damages for delay from June 15, 2013, which was due from May 31, 2013, the date of retirement of the Plaintiff.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
