On July 1, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the District Court, and the said judgment was finalized on July 3, 2015.

On March 2014, the Defendant, along with B, C, and D, agreed to jointly carry out the business of attracting the Femination in the Republic of Korea by the German E Company, holding the license. However, while the Defendant failed to prepare the down payment for the musical contract with the said German Company, the Defendant attempted to deceiving the victims to acquire the money, as if the G had determined the said musical business 20 billion won investment.

1. On April 18, 2014, the Defendant D, C’s joint criminal Defendant D, D, and C’s 7th floor of the office of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government HH building “written confirmation of the investment” prepared by D, and D, using a computer, verify that the following investments are made with respect to the business funds requested by E in relation to the F community performance project, as follows.

Investment amount: Korean won 20 billion won, investment period: July 30, 2014: Investment Terms and Conditions: (Separate Consultation); (1) Investment Method: (2) Investment Company consortium and other investment companies; (4) April 18, 2014; and (3) the Defendant printed out the corporate seal of (ju) GG, which D arbitrarily inscribed, on the name of the said I.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D and C, forged the “written confirmation on investment” under the name of G representative director I, a private document on proof of fact for the purpose of uttering.

2. From February 2014 to April 20, 2014, the Defendant’s joint criminal acts with B, C, C, C, and D were committed with the victim L, M, N,O, and P from the 7th floor office of the H building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the “Kkbook” page of the operation of the J of Nam-si, Namyang-si, Seoul to the victim L, M, N,O, and P (State if only the F musical contract is made).
