Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
On July 5, 2008, at around 02:35, the Defendant driven B ecke-type car under the influence of alcohol content of about 200 meters from the front of Sinbus in the 740-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu to the front road of the Pream apartment located in the same 1038.

1. A protocol concerning the police interrogation of the accused;
1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to written reports on running a driver;
1. Relevant Article 150 subparagraph 1 of the Road Traffic Act and Article 44 (1) of the same Act concerning the facts constituting an offense;
1. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;
1. Article 57 of the Criminal Act including days of pre-trial detention;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
