Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

B. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant received approximately 30 grams of marijuana from the said C without compensation at the same place as in the preceding paragraph in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, at around 20:00, on the date of the mid-term, mid- to 2017.

C. On December 2017, the Defendant received approximately 30 grams from the said C without compensation at the same place as in the preceding paragraph in the same manner as in the first order of 20:00, at the same time as in the preceding paragraph.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) - Smoking;

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

B. On July 2018, the second criminal defendant smoked in the same manner as at around 13:00 on the date of the lower order, at the same place as at the preceding paragraph.

C. On October 1, 2018, the third criminal defendant smoked in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph at the same place as in the preceding paragraph at around 15:00.

3. 마약류관리에관한법률위반(대마) - 보관의 점 피고인은 2018. 10. 1. 16:18경 위 피고인의 집 안에서, 대마 약 3.76그램을 약 봉지에 넣고, 약 12.6그램을 전단지 종이로 감쌌으며, 약 0.86그램을 또 다른 전단지 종이로 감싸 이를 각 위 집 안방 이불 밑에 두었다.
