On July 28, 2018, around 00:21, the Defendant driven the B 3 car volume while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.156% alcohol concentration in blood at a section of approximately 2 km from the f1st century of Ansan-si to the front end of the 621st century in the same movement.
