1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,728,300 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 22, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. As the Plaintiff indicated the claim supplied various panels, etc. to the Defendant from March 2, 2015 to February 2, 2016, the Plaintiff sought the payment of the outstanding amount. 2. A judgment without pleading (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
