However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

From around 2005, the Defendant is a person who is engaged in livestock product processing business and food manufacturing and processing business with the trade name of D in Ora-si, Ora-si, Ora-si.

1. Where a business operator of a business operator who has violated procedures for freezing meat intends to convert a frozen product into a freezing product, he/she shall, in advance, report to the competent authority on the name, weight, method of storage, distribution deadline, the location of the facility to be converted into a freezing, the date of conversion into a freezing, and the date of completion of the freezing conversion;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around May 16, 2015, did not report to the competent authorities at D places of business, and converted 4,000 chillers (280 km) purchased from E from May 15, 2015 into freezing and freezing them into freezing.

Accordingly, the defendant did not observe the direction of the business operator on freezing conversion and reporting of the frozen livestock products.

In cases of tracking and managing the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, uses and quality of livestock products, packaging of livestock products and the history of processed livestock products products, no person with false labelling of the distribution deadline shall indicate or advertise different matters from the facts when he/she indicates the date of manufacture, distribution deadline, spawnings and other dates of manufacture or distribution;

Nevertheless, on July 29, 2015, the Defendant made and packages 30 mms (45 km) at the D place of business around July 29, 2015, and marked a false distribution deadline by attaching a Stick posted on August 12, 2015, despite the distribution deadline of 10 days.

Accordingly, the defendant indicated the name, etc. of livestock products differently from the facts.
