1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 17.1% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: Around May 29, 2015, the Plaintiff lent interest of KRW 21,000,000 per month to the Defendant (payment on May 1), the period of repayment on May 29, 2018; and the period of repayment on May 29, 2018; and on October 2015, the Plaintiff claimed a loan and its delayed payment on the ground of the loss of the term due interest due to the failure to pay interest (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
