Punishment of the crime
The Seoul Olympic Games National Sports Promotion Foundation and a person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall not gambling using the provision of property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things to those who win the results.
Nevertheless, during the period from November 25, 2014 to April 16, 2015, the Defendant connected the Gunsan apartment house B and the Defendant’s residential place located in 202 Dong 602 Dong 602 by using a computer and mobile phone to the illegal Internet sports earth site (C) and received the payment of dividends from the Korean bank account under the name of the company with limited liability, the Monter Co., Ltd., the new bank account under the name of the company with limited liability, the Korean bank account under the name of the company with limited liability, the Korean bank account under the name of the company with limited liability, the Korean bank account under the name of the company with limited liability, the Korean bank account under the name of EP, the company limited liability company’s bank account, the Korean bank account with limited liability, the national bank account with limited liability, the deposit amount of KRW 17,860,00 in total with the national bank account in the name of EP, and the deposit amount of dividends from the Korean game, etc.
