The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that all the charges against the Defendants were guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the scope of application or establishment requirements under Article 29(1) of the Industrial Safety and Health

The Supreme Court precedents or lower court judgments cited in the grounds of appeal are different from the case in this case, and thus it is inappropriate to invoke the case in this case.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
