1. The defendant is a monetary loan agreement of No. 288 of 2012, which provides the plaintiff B with a certificate of KRW 17,325,793 and a notary public D office.

Reasons

Basic Facts

The plaintiffs, such as parties, are married couple, who moved to New Zealand in around 1993 and operated the Smarket.

The defendant is a person who was in a relationship with the plaintiffs who had been in a relationship with the plaintiffs who had been in a relationship with the plaintiffs who had been in a relationship with the defendant.

On December 2008, the plaintiff B requested the defendant to purchase domestic real estate in order to raise old age funds.

Defendant and E conspired to acquire the remainder of the purchase price by infusing the real estate purchase price.

The Defendant decided to purchase the forest land of this case with a total of KRW 320 million from December 12, 2008 to December 18, 2008, the Plaintiff purchased the forest land of this case with a total of KRW 150 million from the Plaintiff B and acquired the remainder of KRW 170 million.

B and the Defendant knew the same fact, and the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff B a sum of KRW 324 million, including the real estate purchase price and acquisition tax, paid by the Plaintiff B.

On the other hand, when the defendant pays all the above money, the plaintiff B decided to return the forest land of this case to the defendant.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant agreement”). Amount of the loan certificate: KRW 324,00,000 ( KRW 324,000,000), however, if the forest land of this case ( currently owned by Plaintiff B) is fully paid to Plaintiff B, the amount of KRW 324,00,000 ( KRW 324,00,000) shall be transferred to the Defendant’s desired owner of the said land.

(Right of delegation for sale and purchase of the above land shall be granted to the defendant), and the period of full payment of the borrowed money shall be until December 31, 2013, and shall be notarized and preserved.

The defendant shall enter into the agreement of this case.
