(b) “B” shall pay 50,000,000 won in cash to “A” with a security deposit of the subject matter of sale (hereinafter “the instant security deposit”).

(The instant deposit shall be offset by the return of the total amount at the time of the final settlement of accounts after the release of the total amount. Article 4 of the instant contract for the payment of KRW 50,00,000 of the instant deposit and the settlement after the removal of the object for ten (10) days, and if the payment is not made, “A” may suspend the release of the object to “B” and sell it to other companies in the circumstances of the removal site.

The term "B" shall not raise an objection.

Article 5:Shipment out of Sale Object

(a) the subject matter of sale must be taken out at the cost and expense of “B” upon the request of “A”;

(b) “B” shall take out the subject matter of sale under the direction and presence of the person in charge of “A”;

Article 12: Contract term of contract: from April 10, 2018 to the completion of the removal of scrap metal* Special Contract Terms*

1.A shall cooperate so that “A” may obtain a container inspection certificate and drawings in consultation with C;

The main contents of the instant contract are as follows.

As from April 13, 2018 to June 20, 2018, the Plaintiff: (a) paid KRW 309,322,750 [268,716,250 (=i) x 250 x 1.0 x 1.) to the Defendant during the period from April 13, 2018 to June 14, 2018; (b) 40,606,50 won (i) to June 20, 2018 to 40,60 x 250 x 250 x 250 x 1.5 x 250 x 1.1 x 250 x 250 x 250 x 250 x 1.60 x 406 x 60 x 4060 x 7.61 ethyl, and thus, the Plaintiff paid the down payment to the Defendant.
