Defendant

B On November 26, 2010, the Suwon District Court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison on July 2, 2012.

1. Defendant A and B proposed that Defendant B, who has a vehicle, intruded the vehicle at the construction site where the night-time management was neglected and stolen construction materials, such as electric wires, etc., and Defendant B conspired in response thereto, and the Defendants conspired jointly to steal another’s property.

At around 23:00 on July 8, 2013, the Defendants: (a) YH General Construction Newly built container materials managed by the victim E (ju) of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and (b) YH General Construction Builded, Defendant A carried the windows by miling the windows by scing them into the windows; (c) Defendant B entered the said container via the glass window; and (d) had Defendant A enter the said container; and (e) had the electric wires (25 meters in thickness, 70 meters in length, and 100 km in weight) of the market value of the victim’s ownership in that space were loaded into the said space.

B. At around 22:00 on July 10, 2013, the Defendants entered the underground parking lot via the pents, which was set up by the victim G in Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and cut off the market price of the victim’s ownership in the underground parking lot (3:00 meters) at KRW 3,000,000.

C. At around 22:00 on July 13, 2013, the Defendants invaded the same method in the same place as above 22:00 and stolen GV-50S Q cable (300m) equivalent to KRW 3,00,000 in the market price owned by the victim G in an underground parking lot.

On August 4, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendants came to be a comprehensive construction (main) construction (main) which was managed by the victim I in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which was under the management of the victim I, on the ground of the construction site. The Defendants were inside the underground construction (main) after the opening of the entrance with the entrance of the upper sup of the upper supbs in the vicinity of the construction site.
