At around 14:00 on December 2, 2015, the Defendant distributed a photo and a cell phone number printed commercial sex acts at the cel located in Busan Sho-gu, Busan, to attract people to buy sex by setting up it at the entrance of the cel and selling it in a manner to attract people to buy sex.
