[criminal records] On November 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on June, 2015, and on January 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months for larceny, and the suspended sentence was invalidated on December 4, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny;

A. On August 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 12:20, on the front side of the “D cafeteria” in the Ssung city, the Defendant stolen, with 20 tobacco equivalent to KRW 10,00,000 at the market price of the said victim’s possession, by opening the window of the victim E, by inserting hand with the window of the FF rolling stock parked.

B. On August 25, 2017, around 12:04, the Defendant: (a) opened an I-wing and cargo vehicle set aside by the victim H without opening a door; and (b) cut off with a green bank with approximately KRW 900,000,00 of the market price owned by the said victim; and (c) a gallon with J5 Handphone at the galle, etc.

On August 25, 2017, at around 18:52, the Defendant: (a) cut off the instant victim’s cash 300,000 won; (b) at the front ground parking lot of 109 Dong-dong, Yongsan-si, 64, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do; (c) the Defendant opened the K-style Sho-dong, which was parked without opening the door of the victim’s J; and (d) took off the said victim’s cash 300,000 won.

On September 14:35, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a new driver’s seat with the victim M in front of the Osan City, without locked the victim’s door; and (b) stolen the victim’s market price with 400,000 won or more.

2. On August 13, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a white scambling P vehicle at approximately 3.17 km section from the front of the O-si at O-si at O-si at O-si at O-si to the front side of the D-cafeteria at D-si, and from around 12:20 on the same day, he/she drives a white scambling P vehicle without a driver’s license, and he/she again drives from the front side of the D-cafeteria at O-si at O-si.
