(2) Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by service by public notice) shall apply to the creditor, "the creditor", "the debtor", "the defendant".

That damages for delay exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) are not recognized (see Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the above Regulations).
