Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, the defendant B is above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants treated narcotics as follows even if they are not the narcotics handler.
1. Defendant A’s crime;
A. On December 2015, the Defendant received a disposable injection device from H free of charge, 0.08g of 0.08g of philopon from G neighboring public telephone boxes located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul, for the purpose of violating the Narcotics Control Act (flaps).
2) On December 2015, the Defendant administered a phiphone in the way of inserting approximately 0.08g of philopon into a single-use clopon on the front of the J Party located in the Manyang-si I in the Manyang-si Manyang-si I, and dilution it into a single-use copon and injection into the arms.
3) On January 2016, 2016, the Defendant received a single-use injection device from H free of charge, 0.07 gh from G neighboring public telephone boxes located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu.
4) On January 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.07g of philopon into a one-time injection machine in front of the J Party located in Ansan-si I; (b) injected philopon into a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected into the arms.
B. On November 2015, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act (mariju 1) issued approximately 1g of the hemp plants, which had been frightened to H on the alleyway near the J Party I located in Ansan-gu, Annyang-si, Annyang-si, J Party I free of charge.
2) On November 2015, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner that inhales the smoke by attaching it to approximately 0.3g of the hemp plants, which is parked on the roads front of the J Party, which was parked on the roads in front of the S Party, S Party I, Mayang-si, Mayang-si I.
3) On December 2015, the Defendant delivered approximately 1g of the hemp plant, which was frightened in the front of G in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to H free of charge on the roads in front of G in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
4) On December 2, 2015, the Defendant, who was parked on the roads in front of the J Party I located in Ansan-si I, Annyang-si, Mayang-si, the Defendant, in a manner of inhaleing the said smoke by attaching the flaz to approximately 0.3g of the hemp plants, which are parked on the flaz in front of the J Party I.
